Under certain circumstances, downloads performed by dnf running in a Fedora guest connected via passt will stall.

It's not entirely clear what circumstances are needed to trigger this, but it seems to have several timing dependent factors:
   * Happens much more often with TCG guests than KVM guests
   * Seems to require multiple concurrent download streams
   * Only seems to occur with certain Fedora mirrors (possibly due to the particular bandwidth / latency to those mirrors)

I haven't seen this recently.  It might well have been fixed by one of the subtle ack issues we've already fixed.  Closing.
